Consultation and planning
We’ll take you through the best options for your needs and circumstances. In the case of outdoor kitchens, there will be a site survey to take measurements and assess access and service needs before engaging in the design process.

Purchase
We will order and take delivery of all the items needed, meaning they’re not sitting in crates on your property, waiting for something to be done with them.

Full white glove installation
On the day of installation, our engineers will arrive with your product, unpack it all, and build to specification. Once everything is constructed, commissioned and ready to go, we’ll take you through anything you need to know to get started, and then clear up so that when we leave you’ll hardly know we were there.

Aftercare
In the event of any issues, we will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf and take care of any warranty claims for you.
