We’re a family business who strive to offer world-class products, with first-class customer service.
Over the years our company has grown, from an independent Hot Tub service & repairs company to now one of the biggest Hot Tub showroom’s in the area! We decided to explore the idea of offering more than just Hot Tubs after listening to our existing customers goals and garden dreams. We knew that socialising with friends & family is a large part of hot tubbing so we wanted to add another dimension to this and the Outdoor Living Experience!
Like with all we do, we wanted to only sell the best out there so after months of exploring this idea and looking at products in detail, we decide that BULL was the brand for us! You ask, Why BULL? Bull Outdoor kitchens marry up with our ethos to deliver products to our consumers that are ‘second to none!’ These Award-Winning Grills are designed & engineered in America and are master crafted with the finest materials available – Very much like our Hot Tubs!
So in June 2020 we became an authorised Bull Dealer and Outdoor Kitchens Oxfordshire was born. Today, we are proud to say we are now the biggest Bull authorised dealer, with the largest showroom display in the UK!

Who Are We
Hot Tubs Oxfordshire started life in 2016 when Carla and Kenny Massey formed the company 1st 4 Hot Tubs Ltd.
After three successful years of growing the business, they rebranded it as Hot Tubs Oxfordshire at the same time as opening the premium showroom in Bicester.
Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength – expanding the product range well beyond only hot tubs, employing more staff, ceaselessly collecting five-star reviews from delighted customers, and picking up awards year after year.

Over the years, we have picked up awards from UK Pool & Spa, the Oxfordshire Business Awards, Marquis, WhatSpa, BizX, and others.
We are particularly proud of having been named UK retailer of the year and Spa Team of the Year (in 2021 and 2023 respectively).
However, of all the accolades we have amassed over time, what we are really most proud of is the praise heaped on us by customers.
